Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    To join our affiliate program, you must register through the affiliate registration page and be approved, or you can email us directly. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
  2. Commission Structure
    Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all sales generated through their referral link or through the usage of an approved discount code. This commission applies for the lifetime of the referred customer’s subscription or purchases. You may also request, or be given, a coupon code as an added incentive, which will award the stated commissions if used (less the discount amount).
  3. Payout Schedule
    Commissions are paid out on the 1st of each month in USD via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal account for receiving payouts.
  4. Holding Period for Funds
    Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the referral / sale to account for any potential refunds or chargebacks.
  5. Refunds and Adjustments
    If a referred customer requests a refund or a chargeback is issued, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s pending or future payouts.
  6. Cookie Duration
    Referral cookies last for 3 days. If a potential customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will receive credit for the referral – any usage of a referral discount code will automatically be credited as a referral.
  7. Prohibited Activities
    Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or any form of spamming to generate referrals. Any violations may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
  8. Self-Referrals
    Affiliates are not permitted to use their own referral links to purchase products or subscriptions. Any such activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential removal from the program. If you would like to place an order on behalf of a potential customer as a referral, please let us know ahead of placing the order so that we can appropriately award the referral.
  9. Affiliate Dashboard
    Affiliates will have access to an online dashboard within their account where they can track their traffic, referrals, commissions, and payouts. You must be registered & approved in order to view your Affiliate Dashboard.
  10. No Minimum Payout Threshold
    There is no minimum payout threshold. All eligible commissions will be paid out on the scheduled payout date after the specified grace period has passed.
  11. Tax Compliance
    Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations related to their commission earnings. We do not withhold taxes from payouts.
  12. Termination
    Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending commissions that meet the payout criteria will be paid out according to the terms, while all future commission eligibility ceases.
  13. Program Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program, including commission rates, payout schedule, and other conditions, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or an update on our website.
  14. Affiliate Responsibilities
    Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral links are used correctly and must not promote the program through unethical or illegal means.
  15. Program Exclusivity
    Participation in the affiliate program does not create any exclusivity. Affiliates are free to promote other products, provided they do not misrepresent or harm our brand.
  16. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes regarding commissions, payouts, or program terms will be resolved at our sole discretion.
  17. Agreement Acceptance
    By registering for the affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account.
