CopySpell AI is designed with your privacy in mind. Here’s exactly how your data is handled:

How It Works:
When you generate content, your product data is sent to our proxy server at copyspell.actusanima.com. Our server then calls the AI providers using your API keys and returns the response to you.

We Do Not Store Your Data.

Your product data: Processed in memory and immediately discarded.
Your API keys: NOT stored on our server. They are encrypted in YOUR WordPress database and only transmitted during API calls.
Server logs: We keep basic logs containing only the calling domain name and timestamp for troubleshooting purposes. No content, no personal data, no product information.

Why a Proxy Server?
The proxy architecture enables our Smart AI Routing™ technology to work efficiently and allows us to maintain and update AI model sequences without requiring plugin updates.

When you first activate the plugin, it sends your domain and site name and your admin email to our server, so you get a unique signature for your free credits.
The plugin connects to our API to generate your AI content. It sends your provider’s API keys, your product data and your preferences to our API. Our Smart AI Routing system, routes your data to the AI providers, using your API keys to generate your content.
Our server only saves your domain name and the type of your call for logging purposes. No personal data, product info or api keys are collected or stored by the plugin developer.

License Service (license.actusanima.com)

The plugin optionally communicates with the developer’s secure license server at https://license.actusanima.com to handle license keys for paid users. It sends your site’s domain and the license key you entered, to activate/validate/deactivate a paid license.
