First of all you will need your zip file which includes Alpha Insights.

From here there are two ways you can install this plugin.

Method 1: Upload ZIP file

1. Go to your admin dashboard (yoursite.com/wp-admin)
2. On the left hand side menu, go to plugins.
3. At the top of the page will be a button “Add New”, click this.
4. Click on “Upload Plugin” at the top of this page, choose the Alpha Insights zip file and upload.

Method 2: Upload Via FTP

If you have access to your FTP client or File Manager within CPanel you can upload Alpha Insights Directly.

1. Unzip Alpha Insights so that you have a directory
2. Make sure that there are php files directly in the folder you are going to upload, sometimes zip files will add another layer of directory. If this is the case you must pull it out of this subdirectory so that the PHP files are directly in the folder.
3. Simply drag this folder into your plugins folder (wp-content/plugins/)
4. Go to your admin dashboard
5. Visit the plugins page
6. Activate Alpha Insights
